Did you know there was an award-winning book written on whatsapp? (1)

Whether you love it or loathe it, whatsapp is an app that everyone has. Well almost everyone.

Personally, I love it. I use it in my private life to stay in touch with friends and family and send photos of my son to his fan club (aka grandparents). I also use it in my business life to send my clients audio recordings and to keep in touch with what is going on with them.

Sometimes when I am out on the road and I want to remind myself of something – it’s usually an idea for a blog post or something I need to pick up – I send myself a message on whatsapp. I’ve even written blog posts and sent it to myself on whatsapp for later reference.

When I’m at home, I tend to access whatsapp through a web browser (2). This is such a time saver because I type on my keyboard so much faster than on my phone keyboard. If you knew this already, isn’t it great? For those of you that are Wechat users, there’s also a web browser option (3).

I love these simple things that make life a bit quicker and easier. So do you use WhatsApp or Wechat through a browser as well as on your phone?
