I know what it’s like to be running around in the everyday day-to-day life, not having time to think, let alone having a moment for yourself. Which is why I invite you to take the time for yourself now. To figure out what you would really like to be working on, instead of what is handed to you or what your day to day has become.
I help ambitious women live their vision. I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapist who helps people overcome procrastination and take action so they can reach for their goals. I’m a speaker who regular gives talks and presentations on “Stepping out of your comfort zone”, “The Power of Networking” and various topics using hypnotherapy.
Before setting up my own company, I worked in the financial industry for 13 years within IT, client advisory and business management and understand the pressure of a corporate job, combined with family life.
I am a British born Chinese who has been living in Zurich, Switzerland since 2002. I have a wonderful Swedish husband (hence the Karlsson surname) and a gorgeous little 4 year old boy who has tons of energy and loves bouncing.
