I thought about the Nutella and can imagine that this is one of the ultimate comfort foods so it doesn’t surprise me that as people become more stressed about what is going on in the world, it’s the first thing that hits the supermarket trolley.
Many of us recognize emotional eating. I have been known to celebrate with chocolate 😉 Feeling a bit bored, there’s a chocolate bar shaped hole there waiting to be filled. When I’m sad, another bar bites the dust. Maybe it’s crisps, ice-cream or Nutella for you?
Danna Levy Hoffmann, a friend and certified health coach and I have decided to offer two free workshops on Emotional Eating to help uncover why we end up reaching for something instead of feeling the emotion.
We have run similar workshops in the past and it’s been both informative and enlightening to hear Danna speak and to find out using Rapid Transformational Therapy what is personally keeping them eating emotionally.
