How does the program work?
1) Join 2x Defy Aging Group Rapid Tranformational Therapy Sessions (1.5 hours each)
In these sessions, we find out what your current beliefs are around getting older. We transform these into positive and reinforcing ones, looking at eating, exercise and sleep to establish a strong foundation.
2) Receive 2 tailored audios supporting your new beliefs and thoughts.
You will have access to the audios create from our group Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions together. These will support you on your journey.
3 Support on the WhatsApp group
You will receive support through the WhatsApp channel during the program time.

The program will start on Friday, 5th March.

2) Group Rapid Transformational Therapy Session: Wednesday, 31st March, 11:00 – 12:30 CET

Hi, I’m Selina Man Karlsson
I love helping people overcome procrastination and get things done so they create the future they want.
I am fitter and stronger than I was in my 20s and now I’m in my 40s. I’ve worked on my mindset together with changing what I eat and putting in the time to exercise regularly.
I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapist and Speaker. I worked in the banking industry for 13 years and have had my own business since 2010.
British born Chinese living in Zurich for many years. Married to a Swedish guy. Mum to a 5 year old boy that keeps me on my toes.

I learned about Selina’s Rapid Transformational Therapy through a workshop I attended this past spring to address emotional eating. This type of therapy was very new to me and I wasn’t sure what to expect with it. Would it really cut down my sugar cravings and change my emotional eating patterns just by listening to a recording every day for 21 days?
Happily, I can say YES! It was amazing to see how my subconscious was responsible for my negative behaviours and habits, and that by listening to insights she gleaned from the session and incorporating positive affirmations into the recording she made for us during the workshop, it turned the negatives into positives (plus her voice is so calming and pleasant to listen to)!
I can highly recommend Selina if you are struggling with something in your life that you would like to change, such as emotional eating, negative habits that hinder you, or whatever might be stopping you from being your best self. Her sessions provide insights into your subconscious to help you understand why you do things the way you do, which in turn help you find solutions to move forward.
I am so thankful and happy that I started the sessions and coaching with Selina. I especially love the hypno sessions. I decided to work with her because it was always hard for me to formulate and follow through with my goals.
