You know all the things you “should” be doing. Eat more healthily. Exercise regularly. Get more sleep. Be kind to yourself. We know what we should be doing so why don’t we?
There’s many reasons why we don’t do the things we want to do. There’s self sabotage. We have old beliefs running in the background. We don’t believe we are that person. We’re tired by the end of the day and don’t want to. There’s many reasons.
So what can we do about it?

How does the program work?
1) Join the Feel Fit, Feel Healthy Rapid Transformational Therapy Group Session (1.5 hours)
This is a group session where we focus on where you want to develop healthy habits. We will delve into eating, exercise and sleeping to help you establish a strong foundation.
2) Receive 3 tailored audios focused on Healthy eating, Regular exercise and Good sleep.
You will have access to audios based on the Rapid Transformational Therapy sessions so you can focus on different areas that you want to work on.
3) Join 2 Group Coaching calls to set yourself up for success (1 hour each)
In these calls, we will work on setting up the right environment so that you can be successful. You will get to know yourself better and understand what you personally need.
4) Support on the WhatsApp group
You will receive support through the WhatsApp channel during the program time.
The program will start on Monday, 16th November for 3 consecutive Monday evenings.

2) Group Coaching Call 1: Monday, 23rd November 2020, 20:00 – 21:00 CET

I’m a Rapid Transformational Therapist and Speaker. I worked in the banking industry for 13 years and have had my own business since 2010.

I learned about Selina’s Rapid Transformational Therapy through a workshop I attended this past spring to address emotional eating. This type of therapy was very new to me and I wasn’t sure what to expect with it. Would it really cut down my sugar cravings and change my emotional eating patterns just by listening to a recording every day for 21 days?
Happily, I can say YES! It was amazing to see how my subconscious was responsible for my negative behaviours and habits, and that by listening to insights she gleaned from the session and incorporating positive affirmations into the recording she made for us during the workshop, it turned the negatives into positives (plus her voice is so calming and pleasant to listen to)!
