“I’ll do it tomorrow” How many times have you caught yourself saying that?
Do you hate leaving things to the last minute yet you still find yourself putting off tasks? It is a very common problem especially for tasks that feel daunting, boring or mundane, things you do not want or like to do.
Wouldn’t it feel better being able to do some of your tasks ahead of time so you can feel freer and on top of your task list? To finally tick some stuff off in good time.
There are many reasons why people procrastinate. Sometimes it is because they are overwhelmed with the number of tasks they have on their plate and they don’t have the space to breathe. At other times, it it because the situation you are encountering is similar to a situation in your past, so your subconscious mind remembers this and wants to avoid going through the same feelings. Once you understand where it is coming from, you can let go of it, giving yourself more space to breathe and finally you can start ticking off your tasks one by one.
On this workshop, you will experience Rapid Transformational Therapy and find out why you have been putting things off.
