There’s a lot on at the office. You’ve on your way home and feeling a bit low so you buy a chocolate bar to get a boost. You get home and start stuffing your face with pizza….you feel comforted for a moment and then start feeling bloated and uncomfortable. Sound familiar? 

We all know what we should be doing but somehow many of us find it difficult to stay on the right track, often defaulting to eating habits that aren’t good for us. With understanding, you can find out where this is coming from and what you can do to turn this around so that you are able to take control of your eating habits and feel stronger, fitter and healthier for it. 

Danna Levy Hoffmann and I have known each other for a while now. We met first at my old company Curious Courses where she offered some fantastic courses on superfoods and cutting out sugar. 

Over the years, we’ve stayed in good contact. I have joined her programs and have made big changes in our family’s eating, all for the better. That is why we have decided to offer a workshop together combining our knowledge and helping people understand what’s behind their eating habits.
