I feel stronger now than I did when I was in my 20s. How is that possible?
When I was in my 20s, I wasn’t eating as healthily nor exercising as much as I do now. Over the past few years, I’ve made a lot of changes to my lifestyle starting with food and getting into a regular routine of exercise.
I remember seeing a post from a lady that was in her 50s and she said that she also felt fitter than ever before and that was just the beginning. I thought to myself, that’s exactly how I want to be. I want to be fit and active way into my 80s or 90s loving what I do. I want to be there for my family for as long as possible.
I’ve known Danna Levy Hoffmann, a certified health coach for a while now and have worked with her on improving what our family eats. Last year, I started training with Adrienne Breeze, a certified personal trainer and I feel the difference in my body.
